Hello.
My website can not be opened only from some conections; where the report is no answer from server, but it works propertly in other PC's with other internet contections.
The website load fails trying it from the IP: 79.154.247.98 (telefónica de España NCC#2007122334) for instance.
This happens from 2 weeks ago, or more time.
