website can't be displayed

I am repeatedly unable to connect to my website on a daily bases. This occurs from all computers from my network. I have tried to view the website from another computer outside of my network, but I am unable to do that either.

I have had this problem before to clear my DNS cache which I have done. This did not solve the problem of being able to view my website when it is down.

Yah..my site still doesn't work right. It's offline right now yet and it's like that forever. It only works for a little while before it goes off line again.....
