Website completely down!

My site has been down for about 7 months now and I am pretty much fed up with x10Hosting at this moment.
I am unable to enter my cPanel, and I've sent numerous requests, all which have close with little to no help.

Have you tried changing your password in your account panel? https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php It will change the password and the password for your forum, account panel, and cPanel will all be the same thereafter.

As for your site, it's not down. I can see it in my browser, but the links go nowhere. When you are able to access your cPanel again, please manually translate your site to English, Spanish, or French with a easily seen link to the translation in your site.
