I put in a support request that went unanswered. So I am trying again. Is there a particular reason why the websites are constantly down? I have been looking at other posts on the message board and I am not the only one. You guys claim to have this wonderful record of connectivity and yet, my site is UP maybe 25% of any given 24 hour period. I am getting a whole lot of complaints from my visitors. Please respond!!!
