website deleted!

guys i need some help. i think my account has been reset. my website karananand.co.cc(addon domain on karanits.x10hosting.com) has been deleted.

i have submitted a ticket but there is no response for the last 2 days! When i open my cpanel everything is back to 0 (everything deleted).

please tell me what has happened!
aslo i see the following status of my account. most are offline!

Server Load
Apache HTTP Offline
MySQL Online
Exim Offline
cPanel Offline
FTP Offline
