After having my domain changed from http://indepsilon.x10hosting.com to http://www.indstony.com, my website disappeared. When I explore via FTP, the files seem to by there, but I can't view my website. Now when I type in the browser www.indstony.com, it redirected it to http:// indepislon.x10hosting.com, sayin that the domain is avaliable. How do I fix this? Thanks again....

It seems you've a redirection in your website, which is redirection to: http://indepsilon.x10hosting.com
Go to cPanel > Redirections, and check if there's any redirection... If there is, delete it.
