Website disappeared

Hello,

My website http://familia.x10hosting.com (on Cossacks) is down. Even after a "flush dns", I only get a link to cgi-bin.


I cannot log into the cPanel administration. cPanel Username is adminfam.


I can log into the account management panel, and I read:

Disk-Space Used: 0% / 0 MB of 300 Megabytes

Server Load

Apache HTTP

Offline

MySQL

Online

Exim

Offline

cPanel

Offline

FTP

Offline



My website seems to have vanished. Please help.

Cossacks is online, It appears you don't have any files in your public_html folder... Can you check to see if you can login cPanel now?

Yes, I can. After I have reset my password in the account manager.

I know. I guess it means that my website was lost during the transfer of Cossacks...

Any chance I can get it back, for example from the former Cossacks server ?
