website does not load and email configuration

Dear Support,

I just recently signed up for an account/website and as such maybe this needs sometime to propagate as I cannot access the website: www.oilrigjobs.x10.mx

I can however access cpanel and installed wordpress to the root directory. I set up a test email account and can send emails but not recieve.

Also I wish to set-up a catch all on email e.g xxx@oilrigjobs.x10.mx - via the cpanel.
