It produces the error "Connection was Reset, web site may too busy"

FTP is also not working properly. Web site is also very slow..

When you connect through FTP, what are the errors you are getting?

"Windows cannot access this folder"

Please try visiting 2, 3 pages. It loads halfway, not loading of generate errors.
