Website doesn't open up

I just want to find out the reason why my website won't open up. (It's a blog) My internet browser, Chrome, gave me this error message:

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

Just got the site running. Just as a precaution are there ways where I can further secure my site?

Hi,
Stoli is running perfectly.Sometimes only that the communication did not happen between the peers ..may be due to huge load or some glitch or browser time out.So need to check out a few times before a support ticket is put in.We need you to consider this.
