Dear support team,
Since at least one week (25 april), my website is down (emileouroumov.x10.mx). It leads to a "Domain Does Not Exist" page.
I am unable to login into my account ("Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.")
I am unable to sign up anew : "Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below. We are not currently accepting new users from your country (France)."
I guess it is not a suspension issue since I have renewed the account by logging in a few days before this problem.
Please help me to restore the website, I am in a process of several art projects applications, and having the site down for weeks right now is a major nuisance.
