For some weeks ago I signed up on x19hosting so I could create a website for a project I am going to do this summer. But I did forget to login and visit the site for a couple of weeks (two I think), and now I cannot login and the site is down. I think I read something about that happening if the site wa not visited once every two weeks or something, but do not remember exactly (was just a bit stupid and forgot about the site). So, how do I solve this situation? Do I have to sign up again, or can I reactivate the account?
