Website down for a week

My Website has been down for about a week. (HTTP Error 404)
Can I please know what is happening with it.

I will check whm for it but I have a feeling it was terminated. But I will check the backups for you. what is your username.

well, I enter the cPanel using "techtown" so I'm assuming that's the 1.

I cant find your backup anywhere. Your account must have been terminated.

If your site is not up yet we will have to wait for the other portion of the backup to restore it. If it is running disregard this.

As soon as the other backup list comes in we will start to restore them I cant give you an exact time.
