Each time you bump, you're actually making the ticket take LONGER. Staff are getting hammered with tickets so they are working from oldest reply to most recent reply. Essentially, every time you "bump" it, the new reply is now more recent, and it gets further back in their queue.
Be patient; they will get to your ticket.
