Website down since 7:30am

My website, sacvalleyfishing.com, has been down since 7:30am this morning.

Any word on what is going on? Is it a server issue?

EDIT: Note, I can still access my cPanel, but cannot access the site via http, or FTP.

It was up for a minute, and now I'm suspended due to high usage (impossible)
