Website down with DNS Issue

my website is currently down. I contacted my dns provider and was told that everything was fine on their end and recommended to to contact my hosting. What should i do?

You could start by telling us the name of the domain that is having problems.

EDIT/ADD: Also, did you add this via cPanel as an addon or as a parked domain?

i added it on as a parked domain
