i have uploaded my website files but when i visit p2p101.x10.mx it says they is no website to be seen?

Clear browser cache and flush DNS, it loads fine here.

With one exception, which is a major problem to note. Nothing on the account CURRENTLY violates the TOS, however the disclaimer on your site is a major concern:

The problem here is something called Contributory Copyright Infringement, which is the act of contributing to copyright infringement. It's why even embedding something illegal won't fly.

Copyright infringement (or copyright violation) is the unauthorized or prohibited use of works covered by copyright law, in a way that violates one of the copyright owner's exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works.

That's the full definition of copyright infringement per wikipedia.

Contributory copyright infringement may be found when "one who, with knowledge of the infringing activity, induces, causes or materially contributes to the infringing conduct of another."[1] Put differently, liability exists if the defendant engages in personal conduct that encourages or assists the infringement.[2]

Is the definition of contributory copyright infringement per wikia. This is the one you'd have problems with; it'd be considered a violation of copyright to assist in the infringement, which would be embedding a known illegal video.


I'm just pointing that out. You may want to change what you had planned on hosting to make it more in line with the terms.
