Website Down

I don't understand what's going on serverside, but my site is down for some reason. I can login, but it won't redirect me to my control panel. Website is catch22.x10.mx

I 'see' domain [ catch22.x10.mx ] is on free-hosting server [ xo2 = (old Vox) - IP: 198.91.81.4 ]
which is down now ( for the last 39 minutes )

Do you know how long before it will be back up?

Nevermind, site just got put back up. I think they were having issues with the databases on the server. My databases are still down, so I hope it'll be fixed in a bit.
