Website down?

My website is down and keeps saying error timed out.
and so is my cpanel, xo7.x10hosting
and when I'm on https://x10hosting.com/sso/main
it stays on stand by for a while until it says error and im unable to access cpanel through there..
I am frustrated because I just made it and I'd like to make a backup but now i cant..

you do not receive Emails (none are sent) about issues with the server your account is on

I'm sorry for today's disruption on xo7. An internal issue meant that the server was offline for a few hours. We have brought the server back online, and your website is now loading.
