Website down

My website thegourmetbone.x10hosting is down. I login due to the rules and keep up to date on everything, but I checked it today and it's down. I cant login in through ftp either.. It says cant establish a connection.
I just bought advertising space on another site so I'm kinda bummed.

if you are on Stoli, then shame on you. if you aren't then...its alright. (I guess)
BUT if you are on Stoli, then check out the Global Update(MySQL, Issues, Etc.), you should check these before you post..
