Website down

hello sir,
my website http://help4search.elementfx.com is down (about 24 hour).
i can access my c panel but whenever i want to open site i got a error message "page can not be displyed" i dont understand what is the problem. please help me.

I can acces cpanel / FTP but the website could not be displayed!

I cant access my website:
executives123.x10hosting.com or FTP access.

But I can access the Domain the-executives.net which I bought for it ?!?!

What has happened?
Please can somone help me!

ops.exofire.net is down!!!!

how can this be... it seems the stoli server maintenance still not finished eh?

My Site is now back up,
But When I try and login to x10hosting.com/account it syas:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Cpanel works on my site though!
Domain: the-executives.net
SubDomain: executives123.x10hosting.com
Server: absolut

Everyone's accounts are on a backup server while SQL's are being moved, I have that same problem.

My site is already set on Absolut, I get the same error as well. Give the staff some time to fix it. In the meantime, MySQL is down on Absolut because the hard drive it was on decided to go boom (it died), so yeah.
