Website Down

My website keeps going down for long periods of time, and I'm hardly using any of my resources (space or bandwidth.) And it kind of sucks since I'm in the middle of production development, what's the problem?

The servers have currently undergone a reboot and should be backup soon.

Yeah, that's what I thought...but I never knew of it taken this long before...any idea the latest it'll be before it's back up?

It should be up now. We are working on the problems.

When websites go down they usually do it for some minutes, not "a long period of time".
We do all that's possible to keep the server's up 24hs, but there are sometimes issues that presents.

You can check server status in your Account Management Panel, or in the sticky thread in this section.
