Website Down?

Ok, my site were working literally 5 minutes ago. Without changing a thing, I now get a "Page Load Error".

Also, when I try to connect to my FTP this is what it says to me:

The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it.
1) Please verify that the destination host name or IP address is correct.
2) Verify that the connection port number is correct (under Site Settings | Type tab).
3) The remote server may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible (try again later).
4) Verify that you have chosen the right protocol (SSH2, SSL, FTP, etc.) and have setup all required options for that protocol.

Ok, now its working for me.. just really strange that it went completely down for like 10-15 minutes

*EDIT* Ok now its right back to being down... what is going on?

Ok, I am able to view it through a proxy site... why won't it load regularly?

Working for me again, I'm gonna take a deeper look and possibly pull a staff member into this.

Had this problem today. All of my usual websites worked except for my x10 website on stoli which i was working on. It seems like it blocked me or something. I can get to it using a proxy, but I can't load any pages and pinging or stoli returns no response.
EDIT: Changing my IP solved the problem. It seemed that stoli blocked me or something even though I was just doing normal stuff.
