Website Error

Whenever we try going to our website (www.allswim.ca) it either shows up as an invalid template or internet explorer cannot display. This has been going on for approximately 2 weeks now, and we have been trying to fix it ourselves but are out of resources. Please try to have this fixed as quickly as possible as there is no possible explanation on our side as to why this is happening. We have even checked to make sure there are no suspension requests etc (indicating that there is something that can be done from our side).

Invalid template sounds like you are using a CMS or some other pre-packaged software to build and run your site. That might be the source of your problem, especially if it uses a mySQL database. With the migration and other changes, configuration files can become corrupt and db users can lose permissions.

How did you build your site?
