You need to setup SSL for it.

in the hosting control panel, Account Manager > SSL Certificate > Get Automatic Certificate from ACME Provider

It got resolved. The YouTube video I watched showed it being instantaneous, which wasn't the case. It took about 45 min for the SSL certificate to take effect on my website. Thank you for the quick response.
