Website gone and unable to access account panel

Hi there!

A few weeks ago or so i registered here and applied for ad-free hosting. Had the site http://jmd.exofire.net up and running. Now i'm checking back and the site is gone so the domain is available?

If i try to access the account panel the site wants me to link my forum account to my hosting account. So i entered my hosting account name 'jmd' and theres the error: "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

Also i can't login to cpanel.

For testing purposes i tried to apply for another ad-free hosting account and there it is: "You already have a hosting account, use it."

I have no idea what to do now?

As I am not a staff member, I cannot tell you for sure, but my best guess would be that you said "a few weeks ago" - after 2 weeks of inactivity your account is suspended, and then after another 10 days your account is terminated. So if "a few weeks" really is a few weeks, I would guess that's what happened. But you will have to wait for a staff member to confirm this.

Your account has most likely been terminated. You are given 10 days after your account is suspended to have it unsuspended.
