website gone down suddenly

we created an account botinc.edu@gmail.com
we have our domain botinc.in
we changed the DNS at the domain side to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com
it worked for a day but the site is down now for the past few hours
we would appreciate if you could help us get out site back up at the earliest

I can see your website fine. Try clearing your cache and flushing your dns. If that doesn't work it was probably just a minor server problem which seems to be taken care of quite quickly.
