website gone

I uploaded my website at the end of November and it appears the site has vanished ..as I tried to URL forward my domain to the site recently . . .is there any way of retrieving this account so that my work on it is not lost?

Hi obrien,

It seems to be your hosting account is not linked to forum account, Most probably it was suspended for inactivity and then terminated.


You have to login to forum atleast every 31 days(NOW) to keep your hosting account. Previously it was 14 days.

Can you provide us the cpanel username to check what happened?

You can register for new hosting account with the same forum account.
