website has been down for a week now please help!

My website has been down for a week now everytime its unsuspended it just gets suspended again. I have made a couple of posts on here but i still dont know if or when my site will be back online. Please let me know if you can sort this problem out or if you wish not to host me as i will look elsewhere.

yes i know its supsended for some reason the reason is you took 4 days to upgrade your servers. then after my wp installation was trying to send me all the backups at once that couldnt be sent during your upgrade.

is this going to be sorted out? or not?

oh and im unable to log into control panel.. please im getting bored of asking can someone fix it? or do i have to look for a new free host. i do appreciate having free hosting but this is ridiculous i cant even log in to take my site....

Edit:

7 days you have had to sort this out! i also notice that theres no technical problems placing adds on our pages while u do whatever it is you are doing in that datacentre.

if you cant unsuspend my account for long enough to let me disable the backups just delete my site and i wil have to rebuild it and get a new host before googlebot forgets my site completely.

im not extremely happy right now can u tell?

You have to wait for some time. I am going to notify staff about that They will unsuspend you as soon as possible.

thanks if theres any problems can you let me know as i would like to take my site if you are unable to host it.

You've had 7 days to unsuspend yourself! Why can't you access the the account panel to do it?

i've tried but it doesnt work and if it was a simple as clicking do you think i would still be asking after 7 days? im starting to think this place is full of rocket scientists first you take 4 days to upgrade a server now your stating the obvious does the arm know what the hands doing in this place? and vice versa?
