Website html not loading correct

i goto my website and instead of it loading my index.html it loads this
http://tkorrupt.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

is there somthing i need to do to fix it or is it the servers?

Clearing your browser cache, temp files, and restarting the browser should fix this issue.
