I've just created a phpBB forum with softaculous at http://forum.elementfx.com/forum
but it's inaccessible.

Could you please fix this or tell me how to fix it?

Also I can't find the default page (/index.html), could you please indicate where it is inside my home (/home/eric123)

Hello,

You need to ensure all files are uploaded into the public_html directory.
Also, as your account is so new the server could still be building it internally. Please allow 48 hours, and contact us again if the issue persists by replying to this ticket. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS at regular intervals.
