Website Invalid Redirection

Most of the time mathalon.in is being redirected to http://mathalon.in/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi its killing my userbase. As per I know I think its problem from the server side. Can you tell me any resolution , its being very frequently that's why I am planning to move my website.
