website is 403 error

I am getting a 403 Forbidden message for my home page
can somebody tell me what the access should be or reset my account for me

my username is Psycho98
and my web address is www.psycho.exofire.net

i have changed this to 755 and it is still not working ? HELP i need to upload uni final year project !

Can you link me to the page you are talking about? Try 777 make sure your public_html is where you uploaded your files and the permissions are 755
