Website isn't working....Help...

When I type in my website address:htp://penthouseforsale.co.cc
I have a website page that looks like this:

Index of/
penthouseforsale.co.cc/

I click ito the above and it shows.....

Parent Directory
cgi-bin/

If I click into either of the above two..It redirects back to each other...
Please help what is my solution..Can you help please..
I have searched through out your forum for answers..

cPanel or FTP into your site.
Remove the directory penthouseforsale.co.cc located in public_html .
Build your site.
