Website Layout Is Wrong in IE

i created a website on dreamweaver http://www.reevesii.co.cc and when i access my site at the local library and sometimes on a mates machine in Internet explorer the sidebar will position itself on the right of the page where it shouldnt be. Is there a way to fix this error so it will display correctly on IE and firefox??

Your page looks fine to me in firefox and IE. Just looking at the source code, I don't really find anything wrong. When I run your site through the http://validator.w3.org/, it found 5 errors in your xhtml. Might want to check that out, correct the errors and then see if that solves the problem.
