4 questions for comporate websites:

1.Is that allowed to link to another websites(not my)..to some material that i can't create(tex programs, games, mp3) or yust html pages..i think that should be ok?
2.Is that ok to stream video or audio from another websites that allow you to stream it on your..to have them streaming on my website?
3.Can i save mp3 and video on my website...only to stream it on my website?
4.Is that allowed to download from my website to computers(tex. mp3, programs, games, pictures)..?

You are allowed to do all of that. AS LONG AS the material you have on x10hosting servers IS NOT COPYRIGHT. If we find Copyrighted material then you will be suspended.

Only if you own the material (ie. if you made it). You can't, for example, upload your favorite CDs and stream them to your users.
