website-mybb-language english not installed

when i created a new website i installed the custom script forum-mybb when i went to go on my website it says (Language en (/home/builde31/public_html/forums/inc/languages/en) is not installed) plz fix this as it is a really big problem even if this was just newly built and no changes were made by me this is a big error and carnt access my website cause of this

Check that folders [ ./inc/languages/ ] [ ./inc/languages/english/ ] [ ./inc/languages/english/admin/ ] have Prems (permissions) set to [ 755 ] and all the languages files are set to [ 644 ]

All my files are chmoded correctly but it still keeps happening i can do a redo the website and retry again
