Website Non-existent

After changing my domain to InsideTheMindOfGio.co.cc the site shows up with defaultwebpage.cgi It's been quite a while now and nothing I do seems to work. There are files in the public_html folder, but it's like they don't exist!

Escalating up to staff, it's doing the same thing here. This issue does tend to resolve itself though so if staff say it's working, clear your cache and flush your DNS.
