Website Not Found

I signed up for a hosting account earlier - ValeC. When I go to glasliner.x10.mx i get a website not found page. Any1 know what to do? I'm on Starka

Also, The cPanel is very slow and so are things like the file manager and softaculous. Something wrong with Starka Server?

Starka does have an issue this morning and I've already dropped a note with Staff to get it sorted out. For the meantime, I see an under construction page.

I have flushed my dns and cleared my cache but everytime i get redirected to http://hosting.x10hosting.com/
