Website, not loading, admin still not back

My website is on cossack, and my admin panel is still not back, and my website is not loading. Thank you.:happysad:

Same problem - my panel says wait while we do some update thingy, check back in a few hours.

I know that is because of the DNS issue but my site isn't working either. :rant2:
