I think my website is having issues loading CSS. This is what it looks like as this happens:
I know CSS and HTML, I just download CSS files and other stuff from websites because I am lazy. This issue has happened with various files, so it's not just bad code.
It also /will/ work for a while, but will then decide to break. This also happens on other browsers- as in, I can be viewing the broken page on Chrome, but view the working page on Edge, while the page is broken on Chrome. Eventually, it will also break.
The files are located in public_html>folder. Please send help. Thanks!
