Website Not Looking Same In IE and FF

hi my website is www.vismay.cz.cc, i am a novice and am just learning on how to make a website. i am facing the problem that when viewing the site in firefox and chrome it appears alrite but in IE8 all the titles disappear. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Quick answer: The titles are created using the canvas element from HTML5 that IE does not handle.

Thanks very much for your comment. I saw that the javascript for better font rendering cofuon.js was causing the problem.After deleting the same the issue is resolved. Thanks a lot.
However I would like to know a bit more on how to render my pages to look exactly the same in chrom ie and firefox.Do I have to use any If command and/or create seperate css files for different browsers. I am completely new and am wanting to learn more about web desigining.
