website not showing, cannot access cpanel in cossacks

when i visit my site, i am redirected to the page http://jejemon.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

when i try accessing cpanel (https://cossacks.x10hosting.com/cpanel), it says that the connection has timed out.

the problem with the cpanel has been bugging me since the Cossacks updates you did. I was able to access my website though. but now, i am unable to access neither.

Hi, it is working fine for me.I am not redirected to http://jejemon.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi .I am able to see your translator site.

i see. i tried using a proxy site, and i can see my website now. maybe the DNS isn't resolving properly from my isp.
