Website not updating properly. HELP

So I'm using myBB to create a forum and I'm using 10xhosting to host the website. The problem is I'm trying to develop the site and it takes ages for it to update any small change I make. This makes updating my site extremely tedious and annoying. I've already tried adding this line to my .htaccess

Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, private, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"

No luck. how can I fix this?

Just thought I'd update my post: I'm moving to a different server host. I can't believe people actually put up with this odd delay... How can anyone develop anything with the retarded delay that comes with the 10xhosting service. Oh well cya

We use Varnish which is what caches your pages for short periods; as you've changed services however there's no reason to delve into this further.
