Website out of order since morning - Please Help

Hi,

Since this morning my website www.filipesantos.com.br is out of order. I'm receiving no emails and when i try to ping or trace filipesantos.com.br i receive the folloing message:

C:\Documents and Settings\Filipe Santos>ping filipesantos.com.br
Ping request could not find host filipesantos.com.br. Please check the name and
try again.

I am not seeing an account linked to your forums account.

When was the last time you had logged into the x10hosting.com forums?

Hi my friend! First of all thanks for your effort to help me. I'm not receiving any emails and I use this email for wokr purposes.

I tried link but i can't do that I can't remember, but i think my last time (before today) was in january or february.

Maybe it helps but i tried to send an email to my domain email from another account and I received the following errror:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

The problem is, if you haven't linked your account - it may have been terminated due to inactivity.
This would be the reason why your e-mail doesn't work, as the account is no longer functioning.

I cretated a new account and I linked to my username... but I didnt receive an email.. it pass more than 30 minutes. Is that normal?

I already did. Can you please check for me?
Just to be sure i created two accounts:
a)1 new website with actual forum user fds127 and put my yahoo mail
b)1 new website and new forum user fds128 and my gmail

the only email that i received was the creation and enable of fds128 forum account.

I can login in the main page with the user fds127 and fds128 but it always ask me for "Link Your Hosting Account" and ask my "Account Username".

I tried the link http://x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation and it works for fds127 but does not for fds128 but even that I'm not receiving the emails

As I told. I just had one... And I try to link that account but looks like I dont have it anymore... I saw some guys telling that they need to create a new one.. so I did and i linked to my forum user but i receive no confirmation email yet.. so i created another account and another forum user to check if its working but i just receive the email that my user forum was created. I receive no email abou the creation of the website... so I'm dead in the water and without support... Do you have an advice?

OK, this has been resolved now, your old account was terminated due to prolonged inactivity, and you've made yourself a new one.
