website problems

hello.

my account was wiped in the server wipe. i made a new one with the same subdomain and i get this message:

Unable to create account!

WHM ERROR:
WWWAcct 10.0 (c) 1997-2005 cPanel, Inc. Sorry, a DNS entry for joostis.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

Account Creation Complete!!!

oh yes and when i try to ftp it says i have the wrong password

Try signing up again. The DNS entry still remained from your old account. I had to deleate it.

Make sure your using the correct ftp address, username and password.

ok now when i go into the site from the email it says "your account is currently pending" even though i got an email that says it was activated.

Not sure. Are you able to log into cpanel? Your username apparently is "username".
