Website requirements

hello. I am building a website. I am using wordpress and i am using a them called faded. The requirements state that i need to have the following set up. How can i confirm that they are met?

Some features dont seem to be working.

PHP 5.0 or Greater  MySQL 5.0 or Greater  GD Graphics Library Enabled  PHP functions enabled “file_get_contents”

To be more clear. For the widgets there is no sidebar to drag them to.

All requirements for the latest version Wordpress should be met by our free hosting servers. The best way to check is to test the scripts to make sure they function properly.
