Website Reset

I was having problems with my email and wasnt sure if maybe i corrupted a file in the email folders and am planning on redesigning my site anyways so I thought i could just delete everything and the server would recreate all the files/folders, well that doesnt seem to be the case now i cannot even open the email account i recreated through horde or squirll.

Is it possible to just have the whole thing cleared to like it was when i started the site?

First of all, make a backup of all your content, as when we delete accounts all information/data is lot.
Then, go to: http://forums.x10hosting.com/upgrades-downgrades-changes/ and create a new thread requesting for an account termination. After your account gets terminated, you'll be able to register a new account (you can use the same details you had).
