Website shutdown

I have just created a free website that contains pictures of my house that will be used to share with friends and family. Now is it enough to just leave the website as it is, or do I have to do anything such as login once a weak
anywhere to insure the website will not be closed?

If it's an adfree website then all you have to do is log into the x10hosting forums once every two weeks. This keeps your account active.
