website still down

items.pcriot.com is down, I have uploaded other files with ext. html, php, cgi. Nothing working.
I'm willing to pay the $3.?? a month for hosting. But all my test sites only last at the most a few days.
Would that change if I was a paid customer?

I took a quick look at your code.

The reason if fails is because it tries to fetch content from a different site. We have blocked outbound port 80 on free hosting. I commented out a couple lines and now your site loads up fine.

The $3 would not change that, the only way to get passed that block at this time is going for a full premium account: http://x10premium.com
